As the “75th National Day” approaches, marking a critical period for security guarantee, the Operations Supervision Department of China Security & Protection Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “CSP”), in accordance with the unified arrangements and directives of CSP, has intensified inspections to prevent and mitigate various safety risks and hazards. Emphasis was placed on conducting safety inspections on security projects stationed in Beijing, aiming to eliminate potential safety hazards, enhance the security staff’s service awareness, and further improve the quality of on-site operations.
On September 29, 2024, the Operations Supervision Department carried out special inspections on nearly 10 security service projects located in Chaoyang, Haidian, and Changping districts. The inspection team focused on assessing the security staff’s morale, appearance, qualification, dormitory cleanliness, and fire and electrical safety measures. The overall morale of the on-site staff was positive, with a strong sense of service. The team is relatively young, well-versed in various operational skills, and regularly participates in various drills.
For this inspection, the inspection team focused on the recently acquired service projects. At the Greenland Cloud Valley Center project, through on-site observations and inquiries, the inspection team thoroughly reviewed the project leader’s arrangements for duties during the National Day security period, job performance, staff readiness, and emergency response plans. They expressed satisfaction with the preparedness measures in place and specifically reminded the on-site staff to strengthen their awareness of the importance of major security guarantees. They emphasized the need to overcome any fear of difficulties or complacency, ensuring full commitment to security in the service areas and safeguarding the client’s operations.
During the inspection, the inspection team also identified several issues and potential hazards, which were systematically reviewed and categorized. They provided immediate corrective actions and guidance on-site, and set a deadline for the responsible personnel to implement the necessary improvements.
Finally, the inspection team emphasized that with the 75th National Day approaching, security service personnel must strengthen their awareness of safety and fully recognize the importance of security guarantee. They urged against complacency, especially during major holidays, and stressed the need to enhance daily supervision and inspections to ensure that duties and responsibilities are properly fulfilled. All levels of management must lead by example, pay attention to details, implement effective controls, and consciously assume their respective responsibilities and obligations. They should ensure 100% safety and stability of the objectives they protect during the holiday, contributing to a successful celebration of the 75th National Day. By providing high-quality security services, we can showcase the positive image of “CSP Personnel” and establish a good reputation for CSP, thereby enhancing the prestige of the industry and the enterprise.
